Dr. Ghandour serves as Adjunct Faculty at San Diego State University in the Doctoral Physical Therapy program and as Voluntary Clinical Instructor in Family and Preventive Medicine at U.C.S.D.
Steven L. Simas

Steven L. Simas is an AV® Preeminate™ Rated attorney and the founding member of Simas & Associates, Ltd.
Mr. Simas graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and King Hall University of California, Davis School of Law with his Juris Doctorate.
Mr. Simas is admitted to practice before: The United States District Court, Eastern and Central Districts of California, The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and The United States Supreme Court.
Honors and Recognitions: Mr. Simas has three published appellate opinions in the California Supreme Court and courts of appeal, and is Vice President for the Sacramento Region of the California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals. Cherie Peters-Brinkerhoff, PT, MPT, MHA, EdD
A graduate of Loma Linda University in California in 1978, Dr. Peters-Brinkerhoff received her NDT certification in 1996 for Pediatrics. She completed her Advanced Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 1998 from Loma Linda University in California, her Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2007 from Webster University, then her Doctorate in education from Walden University in 2014. She is currently the Program Director for the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at the San Marcos, CA campus, of the University of St. Augustine. She has advanced Certificates in Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Neurodevelopmental treatment, (NDT), hippotherapy and a vast experience in treating neurologic diagnoses for pediatrics and adults.

Paul Gaspar, DPT, CCS
Dr. Gaspar received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 1992. He has been practicing skilled outpatient physical therapy for 30 years. He is president and founder of Gaspar Physical Therapy. He's a cardiac certified clinical specialist with the American Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Gaspar is the co-author of a textbook chapter in a physical therapy clinical textbook on cardiovascular disease and he is the primary investigator for two orthopedic research studies. He also developed the California Physical Therapy Association’s standards for practice excellence.

John C Gray, DPT, FAAOMPT, OCS
President & Co-Founder
Dr. Gray graduated from U.C.S.D. in 1986 with a BA in Animal Physiology, from Duke University in 1988 with a MS in Physical Therapy, and from the Ola Grimsby Institute's residency and fellowship program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2000. He continues to provide outpatient physical therapy services after 34 years. He has chaired many PT related groups, is a Fellow of American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, and volunteers with other nonprofit organizations (Special Olympics and Disabled Sports USA).
Greg Imler, MD
Dr. Imler graduated from the University of Cincinnati Medical School in 1983. He has been in practice since 1988 doing general surgery for a large multi-specialty group since completing residency at the University of California, San Diego. He has been certified by the American Board of Surgery since finishing residency. He qualified as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeon in 1990 and has maintained all to the present. While maintaining a full time surgery practice, Dr. Imler has been involved with volunteer medical/surgical mission trips to Guatemala, Haiti and Mexico on a regular basis since 2009. This includes leading several trips of up to 100 volunteers to provide medical care, multi-specialty surgical procedures, dental care, optometry and community outreach projects during the events.
Barbara S Gray

Retired from Cisco Systems where she spent the last seven years in their Philanthropy Department. Ms. Gray was the Director of Nonprofit Relations, working with nonprofit organizations around the world on strategic and sustainable projects, leveraging Cisco's resources. In addition, she helped start a very successful nonprofit, Networkforgood. She has held positions on several Nonprofit Boards. Previously, she held various management positions at financial services companies. Winner of the David Chow Humanitarian Award.
Margarita Elizondo
Media Personality, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, Producer/Host of Wheel Talk Wheel Issued, Model, & Author, Margarita Elizondo is Southern California Abilities Expo Ambassador and Ms. Wheelchair California 2013. She is a Spinal Cord Injury survivor who sustained a gunshot wound to the neck, leaving her paralyzed from the chest down after an intruder broke into her home in 2006. Her everlasting passion of encouraging individuals with disabilities of all ages to further their education, be self- advocates, and inspire others through the pursuit of their individual dreams despite their challenges is demonstrated through her involvement in numerous organizations, and volunteerism.

Alma Harb, MD
Alma Harb, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor. Fluent in Arabic, Spanish and French, Dr. Harb's multi-language skills serve individuals of diverse cultures and ethnicity. She earned her medical degree at Damascus University School of Medicine. Dr. Harb completed her residency training at Scripps Health Mercy Program and her fellowship training at Cleveland Clinic. She is a fellow of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians, a distinction that recognizes her outstanding achievements in internal medicine. She was recently elected president of the National Arab American Medical Association - San Diego chapter for 2014-2015.
